Holiday Delays

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, such as Christmas and New Year, delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days due to increased shipping volume and carrier delays.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed by more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, you will receive a $5 coupon for your next order.

If a package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will offer either:

• A replacement shipment, or
• A full refund(Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable).
