Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handmade and made in small quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.

Please carefully review the product description, photos, measurements, color options, and other information before placing your order.

Surprise Design & Handmade Variations

For products with color options, you choose the color, but the specific design is a surprise. Designs, decorations, and small details are randomly selected by us.

Product photos are sample images for reference only and do not guarantee the exact design you will receive.

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, shape, or decorative details may occur. These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests because the design differs from the sample images, as long as the item matches the selected color and product description.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We carefully prepare and package each order before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, has missing parts, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide your order number, clear photos, and a complete, unedited unboxing video showing the package before it is opened and the entire unboxing process.

The unboxing video helps us determine the condition of the item when it was received. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for a refund or other compensation.

Please do not send any item back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
